Managed Solution
Our Managed Solution is a discretionary portfolio created with a bottom-up approach. We typically hold between 12-20 assets based on deep fundamental research with a target of investing over a 5 year period. The goal of the solution is to give clients access to outperforming returns without having to make individual stock decisions themselves.

Income Solution (Pilot)
For our clients looking to generate cashflow from their investments. This discretionary portfolio invests in Singapore REITs and dividend-paying stocks (across the APAC region), with the goal of generating a high single-digit yield.
